To secure your appointment with Spic and Span Maid Cleaning Services, a 20% non-refundable appointment deposit is required for all cleaning appointments in Houston. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the cleaning service on the scheduled date. Please note that an appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and the date approved by our office, as outlined in our cleaning service privacy policy.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests for our Houston maid service must be received by 9:00 a.m. on the business day before the scheduled cleaning. For Monday appointments with Spic and Span Maid Cleaning Services, cancellations or rescheduling must occur by 9:00 a.m. on the preceding Friday. Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling requests received after the applicable deadline will result in forfeiture of the 20% non-refundable appointment deposit, as stated in our cleaning service privacy policy. A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be reserved.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and timely access instructions as part of our cleaning service privacy policy. An appointment will be considered a no-access appointment when: The doors are locked and no key or entry code is available, no one is present when someone is required to provide access, the access instructions are incorrect or incomplete, or the cleaning team is turned away after arriving. The 20% non-refundable appointment deposit will be forfeited when our team cannot access the property. A new deposit may be required to reschedule the service with our Houston maid service, Spic and Span Maid Cleaning Services.

Arrival windows for our cleaning service are approximate and do not guarantee an exact arrival time, as outlined in our cleaning service privacy policy. The available arrival windows for our Houston maid service include: Morning: 7:30 a.m.–11:00 a.m., Midday: 11:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Afternoon: 2:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m., and Flexible: Anytime during normal business hours. Please note that travel time, traffic, property conditions, and earlier appointments may affect the team’s arrival time from Spic and Span Maid Cleaning Services.

Online quotes from Spic & Span Maid Cleaning Services are initial estimates and are not guaranteed final prices. Our pricing may vary based on factors such as cleaning frequency, the number of rooms and bathrooms, square footage, property condition, pet hair, buildup, and any requested add-on services, all in accordance with our cleaning service privacy policy. Spic & Span Maid Cleaning Services reserves the right to adjust an estimate if the size, condition, or requested work differs from the information provided by the customer. Any material pricing adjustment will be communicated before additional work is completed, ensuring transparency in our Houston maid service.

A $25 first-time cleaning fee may apply to new clients of our Houston maid service. Customers restarting recurring service after discontinuing or pausing their service may be subject to the current cleaning price and an applicable restart fee, as outlined in our cleaning service privacy policy at Spic and Span Maid Cleaning Services.

Payment is due on the day Spic and Span Maid Cleaning Services provides cleaning services. Our office will confirm available payment methods, any applicable processing fees, and details related to our cleaning service privacy policy. Please note that a $30 fee will apply to returned checks.

Only the rooms, services, and add-ons listed in the approved quote or service agreement are included in our Houston maid service. Please note that detailed cleaning tasks such as interior ovens, refrigerators, cabinets, drawers, windows, detailed blinds, and hand-wiped baseboards are not included unless specifically selected and approved, in accordance with our cleaning service privacy policy. At Spic and Span Maid Cleaning Services, we prioritize transparency in what our services cover.

Customers must report any missed areas, property damage, or loss within 24 hours of the completed service in accordance with our cleaning service privacy policy. When an included area has been missed, Spic and Span Maid Cleaning Services, a leading Houston maid service, will review the concern and, when appropriate, return to address the missed area.
